In another private conversation with a Corvette owner forum I got a chance to feature this 1989 Corvette with Nascar Custom License Plates. Read on…
“In 1978 New York State said if you wanted a custom plate you could buy it. I put in for JJR (my name) and got it . Then in 2000 the state offered NASCAR plates. Check out this link

You have to check out this video. Apparently, millions of dollars were paid for vanity license plates at an auction in Dubai.
Ridiculous.

I immediately started laughing when I read this. Bob and Jeanne Agri from New Hampshire predicted a perfect season and a Super Bowl win for the New England Patriots.
They were so vested in their prediction they ordered custom or vanity license plates that read “19&0PAT” for Bob Agri and “NE19&0” for his wife Jeanne Agri.
Well, time will only tell for the rest of the afternoon if the couple will get to put on their Custom License Plates in honor of the Super Bowl and hopefully the champions
the 19&0 NE Patriots!
SOMEBODY PLEASE GET ME PHOTOS OF THESE NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS CUSTOM LICENSE PLATES!

The members of DigitalCorvettes.com have been great. They are very friendly and passionate about their vette’s. I have once again had the luxury of chatting with a member with vanity Corvette license plates.
Here is the reasoning for his selection for his Corvette appropriately named asphalt eater “QUIKSLVR”
“when i had my 01 vette its color was quiksilver i tried to get kwk slvr but it was taken the woman at the DMV was very helpfull and ran all similar plates and found quikslvr available. when i bought my 07 quik still fit the car”- DigitalCorvettes.com member

Check out this bad boy. I was given access to this owners folder of 100+ photos of this immaculate car. I had to wipe the saliva off of my key board when I was done.

“the reason we chose it was because me and my dad originally had a 49 olds bubble coupe that was red, we chose the name big red for it. then later on we found a red corvette and it brought back the memories of the 49 so we tried for the license plate “big red” it was taken so i came up with the idea of big red vette”

I saw this car pull up at a local Fry’s grocery store in Phoenix. Right when it passed me in the parking lot I knew it had to have custom license plates. Of course, I was right.
Don’t get me wrong-this is a very cool car. Not in the best shape. I am sure it has not taken care of the best but still fun and captures the very essence of what a spirited “old” Corvette should posses.
I do believe at one time this car was 1 HOT 78 I also think over the years this car may have cooled a bit. (lots of chips and faded paint)
Maybe 1MLD78?

Hey- don’t be mad at me! I didn’t call it a blow out. I was just simply referring to the azcentral.com article found here.
This is another foreign language custom license plate that reads “GANAR” For all my non-Spanish speaking people GANAR is a verb that means TO WIN.
Which obviously leads me to believe they were NOTreferring to the ASU Men’s basketball team.
I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt maybe ASU has a winning Fútbol team. After last night’s embarrassment I’d change my ASU Custom license plate to read “PRDEDOR”.
I agree with Devil’s Country just throw this game out and act like it never happened. Just one bad nightmare…
